Pablo served as Chief of the Customs Division of the National Guard in the Capital District, when he was detained by officials of the Directorate General of Military Counterintelligence (Dgcim) on November 23, 2015 without explanations or an arrest warrant. He is accused of his supposed connection to the “nameless coup”.
A military court accuses him of the crimes of instigating the rebellion and lack of military decorum. According to the court martial, General Baduel is involved in this case.
On May 8, 2017, Pablo was transferred without notice to his lawyers or relatives from Ramo Verde to the prison 26 de Julio in San Juan de los Morros, Guárico State. He’s innocent.
